Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our unstitched fabrics. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Video or photo proof is required and must clearly show the issue at the time of unboxing.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Important Notes

No returns or exchanges are accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fabric color, or if the fabric has been stitched, altered, washed, or used.
Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by us only if the item received was faulty or incorrect.
